I am working on switching out inactive players for new more active members. We currently have 5 open slots and more if needed. I give inactive players the benifit of the doubt so I usually dont kick players until space is needed and they are inactive 50+ days then I kick baised on contributions. Also if you need a break for personal reasons just let me know. I’m not a hard @$$ about it.

We are a casual guild rank #201
Champion rank all synergy bonuses at 10-11

I promote baised on contributions and demote/kick only for inactivity.
