# Can't upgrade weapons

After playing for more than 6 years, i am no longer able to upgrade my weapons. When i go in to try, the camera is selected automatically with no other option available. I contacted support a month ago and they seem to have given up but i can’t be the only person with this problem. Any help would be appreciated. I play on xbox
