# Can't upgrade weapon

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I expected to be able to upgrade my weapons, unfortunately that option is not there

\_REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR ISSUE.  
I selected "upgrade weapon and was taken to the next screen. The camera button was automatically selected. I don’t have any other options available and nothing will move the selector from the camera.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** Always, i first noticed it a couple of months ago

\_REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR ISSUE. This is a constant issue. I contacted support over a month ago. They closed my ticket.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
\_REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR ISSUE. e.g. I just want to be able to upgrade my new weapons so i can continue to be competitive. I have been playing the game for over 6 years

You are hitting the wrong button, they changed it a while ago, if you’re on PS4 its now L1 not R1. Read the previous screen 🙂
