# Cant play the game all of a sudden

After few days playing this game I no longer can enter the game. It says ˝preparing to launch gems of war˝ and it stops there. has anyone else this problem?

What are you trying to run Gems on? Steam, iOS or Android?

Not that I have a clue what to do, that info is just helpful.

One person on my steam friend list had that happen to them. Never figured out what did it.

I ran it on Steam and it worked great for few days than it just crashed… got no clue what to do… 😔

Hopefully the devs will have an idea when they get into the office Monday morning.
