# Cant login on steam

was playing and had a pet rescue, went to the pet rescue got this in game… tried reloading game, still same error. tried uninstall/reinstall… still same error

Check your router. That error is usually the result of a bad internet connection on their side or yours. If persistent. Best to just restart your device.

It happened to me just now. Kept hitting retry (wifi was fine) then I hit quit and relaunched. It worked on relaunch. Had to get Lucky, that’s my favorite pet.
