# Can't generate seals since the update

PC Windows
**Screenshot or image:**
This has not changed since the update. I have not recieved any seals today from logging in, playing all of my sigils in the world event, doing the dungeon and clearing the adventure board.
**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
I thought I would be able to max out my seals
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
This has happened since I updated Tuesday night.

After I posted this, I went back in the game and was able to collect the rest of my seals.

Sometimes visual bugs happen when the game’s been on across an update or daily/weekly reset. Often if you restart the game/console, it resolves.
