Cannot join chat?

I click join chat and nothing happens, please help

If you like in uk have you verified your age? If not then you lose in game chat. It does pop up briefly when you first fire up gane then nothing

I have a few Canadian guild mates and their chat works fine. You could try opening a support ticket to see if it’s something related specifically to your account.
