I would love to see this happen but allowing us to buy runes in legends probably means it will never happen. Anything with a price tag attached is more likely to become even lower drop rate rather than have it increased.

The catch being “combination”. I don’t think we’ve ever had two weekend events in parallel, the game engine would probably implode in several interesting ways when attempting to do that. It’s either Arena or Vault.
