# Bug Report line - always rejected

When I try to report a bug at the link [https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) no matter what I report it comes back with an email saying it was solved and the they don’t handle that kind if issue. Why have the line set up if its not functional?
