# Board/Spells Froze, But Game Still Runs

Android (Bluestacks)

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I was doing GW and suddenly my board and spells froze. I thought the whole game had froze, but the animations still played and I could click around on menus. I could not move gems or cast spells.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Just happened this once.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Absolutely no idea what caused it.

EDIT: After quitting the battle, several gems exploded before the battle officially ended.
