Depends what you mean. As a standalone weapon it’s not great, but it is useful in that it gives x2 Dooms slain in this event, and useful for progressing its kingdom’s Prestige by fully leveling it. ---

Getting it when it’s available in the event shop for gems is better than crafting it in the soulforge later on. Using those diamonds to craft it just… isn’t worth it imo. ---
