Change is tough, no doubt. Having Birch Bis should allow people to naturally settle to their level though. ---

Thats why i want it to be something like internal league. It will cause the natural flow big numbers from Bis to main and lower from main to Bis without risk of mutiny šŸ˜‰ It is fair and noone should have any objections I ve almost made my 400 trophies for Bis so prepare nice and worm place for me in main 150 trophies/gold per week is not a big number imo šŸ™‚ ---

Iā€™ve read everything you postedā€¦ Democracy isnā€™t perfect. Seems we have a lot of status quo folks What about this: 1. After the PvP 2.0 update hits in a week or so actually enforce the current requirements (120) working with BIS as needed for more active players. 2. After the Guild 2.1 update hits in October raise the Gold requirements in addition to accounting for Seals ---

every week two biggest hitters from Bis are moved to main and two lowest hitters from main are moved in opposite direction. EBW likes numbers so it should be easy to count šŸ™‚ ---

What if the top 2 BIS do 130 and the bottom 2 Team B does 140? You will replacing performers with others not doing as well because of where they fall in the rankings. I am for some MINIMUM contribution that guarantees maintaining a spot on B. If they donā€™t meet that number look to BIS starting with the top contributors. ---

Once we get the pvp update you will achieve 100 plus trophies just getting to rank 1. 150 combo minimum is where we need to be. If you donā€™t make the minimum one week, you have to make it the following week or you are going to BIS. I like a teir system. Teir 1 250 combo Teir 2 200 combo Teir 3 150 combo Teir 4 last chance to make minimum I personally donā€™t play much on Mondays. But on tuesday I get to rank 1 and donate whatever gold I made. That alone puts me damn close to the 150 minimum in a couple few hours. And again the new pvp system would allow even more trophies. For those of you that havenā€™t played pc/mobile, you get to chose between 3 matches. One is 1 trophy, one is 2 trophies, and one is 3 trophies. ---

Any increase to what is there now would be a bonus but that tier system would not motivate me to play more. I could still make that minimum on tuesday then stop playing for a week if I wanted. Prefer everyone to be meeting the same requirement as I feel the tiers make people comfortable to settle for the lowā€¦ I know I was when I joined. ---

If there is no teir system then whatā€™s the point of continuing play after making the minimum? Some people like to be higher ranking. I really donā€™t care what we do. I am going to play the game the way I play. I will easily make the minimum even if we go to 250. Seems like we are over thinking it. Our leader (whomever it is) needs to set the rules and act if they are not met. Whatever our leader wants to doā€¦ That action has my vote. ---

And I will add that I donā€™t envy our leader having to make a decision and trying to keep 30, 40, 50 people happy. šŸ˜ ---

Having one group reach a 150 min and another group go for a min nearly double it just allows people to coast and get comfortableā€¦ which is what seems to have happened from the current system. Youre right though, having a leader increasing the mins and acting on it is the most important thing. ---

Iā€™m for firm REQUIREMENTS across the Guild, nice and clear. (Allowing for exceptions of course!). Promotions, Demotions, Tiers, and Stickers for good behavior: I personally donā€™t really care how that is handled. In one week (or maybe two) we will get PvP 2.0. At that point we will HAVE TO adjust the requirements to fit the new Trophies system. ---

For what ever reason the poll currently runs away from me when ever I go to vote. I agree with raising the requirements. Also agree with everyone in the guild having the same requirements. Tier system seems like it would be better used for rewarding people for their help in providing encouragement and leadership instead of contribution amount. Sure, high contribution amount could be a factor, but I think there should be more to consider ---
