The whole concept of PvP leagues does not make any sense and forces _a lot_ of needless battles. Your own league and the global leaderboard should be unrelated. Period. Going back and forth from Diamond to Ruby is ridiculous, but I have had to do that more than once just to get something, so I donā€™t have to deal with people that play non-stop. We are getting penalized for reaching the highest PvP league, which makes no sense. Just give us about 80 gold marks once we reach Diamond (except for people that are 25-30) and just call it a day. Enough is enough. ---

A case of sour losers imo. Itā€™s the best reason for using icons (this and for staying in your league). Not everyone is able to actually play in the hour before reset. ---

The current paradigm is clearly what it is in an attempt to encourage activity and lots of it. That the developers want their players in this game as much as they can oblige them to and probably even to pay for the boosters that can keep them up near the top of the standings. Iā€™m absolutely in favor of a re-configuration of the system so that the rewards incentives shift from performing especially well in a given week to maintaining a spot in one of the highest Leagues. But that probably works at cross-purposes to what the developers want. And itā€™s their game, so theyā€™re not likely to concede very much on that front without a really good reason to do so. Alas, I canā€™t come up with a good enough reason for why the developers should change their ways other than ā€œit would make the players happyā€. Which is important, but there probably has to be a better incentive for the developers to make that change before itā€™s going to happen. And ā€œa bunch of players will quit if you donā€™tā€ isnā€™t that incentive; if it were, the number of times Iā€™ve seen speculation on the forums that some particular (in)action on the part of the developers would crash the player base? If even a fraction of those happened, this game would be populated by tumbleweeds and crickets. ---

I disagree. Itā€™s part of the game. Just because you donā€™t like it doesnā€™t mean it should be banned. Snipe winning is fun. Yea it sucks when it happens to you but itā€™s part of the game. Tough up a bit son. ---

How about we ban that god-awful pvp scoring discrepancy. You know, the one where us high lvl (2k+) players get punished for the time we put into the game. 34-50 vpā€™s avgšŸ«¤, while lower lvl players get massive values each fight. The 3k guys are even more hosed. Icons even the field slightly. ---
