![age signals](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/gemsofwar/original/3X/1/2/1249a4bf232656a01368839e579a7cd86fa90843.jpeg) Due to Google Play’s Age Signal system being implemented, as well as the recently passed[Texas Age verification](https://legiscan.com/TX/text/SB2420/id/3237346) laws passing, **Gems of War will be required to only be accessible to devices running Google Play 51 or higher.** This unfortunately means that devices which are unable to be updated to this version (irrelevant of location), may not be able to run Gems of War after 9.3 releases.
