# Back to the torture high Ping

It seems that after the 3.5 patch that I get randomly 1000 Ping ms again while playing GoW and everything become slow. Platform: PC Windows 10. What helped me before was to log off/closing the in-game chat and the Ping went down to normal 10-30 ms, this does not work anymore and I am getting high Ping even if in-game chat is off. This is **extremely frustrating** and I hope you will find a fix for this soon.
