# After Update: PVP rank drops (Fixed)

Steam, Windows 7
**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
Before the update, even if your total slipped below a PVP level threshold, it was still considered the higher level at reset, when rewards are given out. I was barely at Tier 1 (1910 I think) before I went to bed, and has some people play my PVP team. The losses I got dropped me to 1890-some points. I still should have gotten Tier 1 rewards.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
First reset after update, so only once, so far.
**Steps to make it happen again**
I will check again tomorrow, But since 1 of my tasks is PVP matches, I doubt it will drop enough to re-create.
Honestly, I don’t care about the resources, I’m high enough level where it does’nt hurt me. But that’s not the case for everyone.

This was resolved a few weeks ago, thanks for your report. I’ve sent you the missing rewards
