I’m leader for a casual guild that started in May and is beginning to develop a core of regular players. We will finish 2nd in our GW bracket (bracket 353, but whatever… 🙂 ). We’ve made it to 20k seals the past two weeks without having any firm requirements.

I’m starting to think about how to provide a path to advancement for our members other than just wishing them well when they leave while, at the same time, keeping our role as a place for beginners to learn. It would also be beneficial, I think, for our guild members to have access to the wisdom of more-advanced players.

So, my question is, are there guild families looking to expand who would like a beginners/rest-stop guild in their mix? If so, what would be the impact on our existing way of operating?
