not that anyone is ever going to use this troop, but this troop has no business being 24 mana cost. If it was around 20 mana, it would actually be a decent/useable/good troop (well good considering the actual troop design is kinda generic)

Reviving the topic to say that I’m pretty sure the second effect of the Sagittarian’s spell is in fact being applied first.
