Creteus/King Stormgard/King Stormgard (red tauros and Creteus can benefit from Stormgard’s Yellow Lightning Gems)
Sycorax/Creteus (brown troops to use Creteus’s 3rd trait)

Normally the boost ratios are off on a lot of troops, but considering this is basically Ferocity but with 3 hits (but no targeting) instead of 2 hits, and a 4:1 instead of Ferocity’s 8:1.. (and it can be paired with Ferocity anyways for that 3rd trait), it might be ok.

4:1 is better than 8:1 or 10:1. You dont want 10:1 (ex: see Tauraeus)

In the German translation, the unit is called “Kreta” in the announcement. However, the correct name is used in the collection. And the difference between mythical and mystical is still unclear. 🤣 🤣

Am I the only one that really likes the new troop and has lots of fun with it? Sure, no need for it to be a dragon, but besides that it’s really good for PvP and even Explore 12 when you’re bored of using the same old teams over and over again. 🤔

I think it’s solid, but I also liked using Ferocity.
idk, I’m hitting around 150 damage x 3 with a chance to double that damage output on red troops without using other troops to buff it. Max being 900 damage. Seems fine to me.
I do wonder how much more damage it has to do to not be considered “garbage” or “goes to bin”.
I don’t “love” it, because the secondary/conditional effect is double damage. Happy it has a secondary effect, but it isn’t the most interesting 😅

Actually I replaced Ferocity for an “all Tauros and all Wild Plains” set-up, since Ferocity is a Guardian troop, but not from WP. And I’m not mana blocking other troops or my hero that much anymore (not using WoS). 😊

The **real** Tauros mythic that troop typing needs (well, Immortal Tauraeus) is going to arrive at the end of the month and will make Creteus be even more of an afterthought. They might make changes before then, but we might **finally** get a troop that has a damage boost ratio that actually means something.

2 many other things in the game already that are better.
Hits 3 instead of 4
Does physical instead of true
Its traits suck
High mana cost
Gives enemy turn n gains nothing
No extra turn
No instant kill
No board control
Etc
Mid dmg dealer

Its pretty good tbh
In brown in pvp
For me hits reds 300 x 3 . So im destroying chrys and stella .
9 out of 10 times.
All your points are valid, but any true damage troop hitting less than 450 dsmage against reds, isnt as good as Creteus.
Stella needs 3 hits to kill Chrys on brown central, creteus needs 2 hits to kill Chrys.
Can you offer a stronger troop that hits 3 at 300 damage a piece.
Still a Goat Sinny, but this troop is awesome against Chrys in brown pvp, better than the meta Stella.
I understand, the traits, and follow ups.
But on damage alone, against Chrys. This kicks but. And traits and follow ups, when frozen are usrless.
So damage alone , agsinst 3 reds. Including Chrys. This is unmatchable in brown pvp.
