Just to not risk any issues, this will now go out after the weekend.

TLDR; There was a bug where players were not getting the purchase rewards for the Library Pass **after** we fixed the issues with the Library Pass not rewarding triple the resources.  
These purchase rewards are **specifically** the 400 Gems and the 2 Major Orbs of Growth
