Same, I logged into the game on Android before updating the game.
I really hope we get todays star stones mailed to us tomorrow, otherwise we will be permanently behind! đ«€

Yes and there is no collect button, upon initial loading of the game there was one that said it gave me everything, but I got nothing instead, they should have used the in game mail system to deliver the individual rewards.

So there is an exclamation point (!) over the Astral Spire icon at the top of the screen. I click it, then am presented with the AS screen with an indicator to click to start (as far as I can interpret) â only, clicking does **nothing**. There is no way to advance to the game, and no way to get out without closing the game completely⊠?

I did not get proper pass rewards should of got 300 extra but only received 100 stones and they double charged me for both pack

Sorry double charges were from the pack in the store that give you 125 stones

This can be resolved with a restart in most cases, or if you play in windowed mode changing to full screen. Itâs happening cos something is blocking the Astral Spire tutorial appearing, so it soft locks.
Itâs mentioned in the list above, and the team are working on a fix.

There is no âNextâ button, only the green logo shown with the tapping finger. Clicking it (or anything else on the screen) does nothing.

Resharing for anyone else finding this thread and not going to the top..
Also, aware there is [an issue](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-the-game-doesnt-load-error-16-attribute-download-failure/89362/4) with Spanish accounts - team is looking into it
And there is already a [thread](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-game-crashing-since-9-1-buying-offers/89355/8) about CLIFFY errors when trying to purchase offers in the Dungeons, team is also already looking into it.

i notice some players in global stating as well in my guild family that after 9.1 update the astral spire pages are greyed out and they canât play that6 area of the games @Jeto

9.1 force update went out last night, so I am expecting the missing Library Pass rewards and missing free Library rewards (for lvl 50+ players) to be going out today as well.
But that will depend on testing. If there are any issues, it will be Monday.
_Or a mix of both - Library rewards today and Library Pass rewards Monday_

not sure I understand how thatâs possible, if you can only see the Astral Spire in the first place once you update to 9.1? If they are having issues, please ask them to make a separate bug thread and not post into this one.
