Another pet rescue notifications misfire got a notification for a Spiderling rescue, but on entering the game it’s actually Swampie.

In vault event you will encounter it alot.  
the explanation is simple - someone activate the GaP and played PvP which give him at least 2 pet gnome. killed them and parallel encounter 2 pets. which cause the bug to happened.
