# 4 or 5 gem matches NOT giving extra turn in Guild Battles

_iphone_

_If you are on a console simply take a photo using another device. A video is preferred. Try uploading to YouTube Privately._

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
_Anything guild related does not give extra turn on 4 or 5 gem matches. Happens every time in raid boss, invasion, and guild wars_

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_Consistent_

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Do you know how to make this happen? Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!_  
_Example: I lose once in the Arena._  
_I then exit to the world map._  
_I then tap on Broken Spire on the map and then tap Arena._  
_Broken Spire’s quest loads instead of the Arena_

Hey @Daiszygurl is this occurring on the new 4.0 update?  
Or did you notice this before you updated?

Were any of your troops frozen?  
When in the battle did it happen? (first move, middle, near the end?)  
Were you matching coloured gems or doomskulls?  
Was there a gem cascade after the 4-5 gem match?

Please provide as many details as possible.
