Hi all. One of my Guild Members noticed there are only 23 Members listed in our Guild roster but system says we’re 30 Members… This is a serious disadvantage and it’s this way since a long time. What can I do to solve this issue ? Can support intervene and set this right ? Did any of you had the same issue and how did you got it resolved ? Yeah support will help take care of this for you, but they probably won’t be in the office til Monday. I’d say go ahead and fill out a ticket and they’ll get to it. ---

Hey Guys. Just noticed I didn’t give any feedback concerning this issue, my apologies. I did create and sent a ticket to support and they resolved the issue within 24 hours. A big thanks to them for resolving this asap. Thanks all and see you soon 😉 Deke.
