1. As canyon says, the rewards issue is visual, -[fixed in the next update](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000195976-Missing-chest-rewards-on-Xbox)
2. Troop menu lag - [improved in the next update](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/game-lags-when-accessing-troops-and-other-menus/42425)
3. 4 Gem Matches - [fixed in the next update](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000197375-4-or-5-gem-matches-do-not-give-extra-turn)
