Last year I thought it will be released around now. No previews even started.

Can we have something on what to expect?

@Sirrian Since this upcoming patch is seemingly on track to be 3 months from the last like usual,will the patch after come out faster like was mentioned as the goal for patches to come out quicker?

Wondering that if the new kingdom will coming the same time as the new patch 1.09?  
or separate release ?
