Yes. Down to 4, and only on mythics. If you want to go below 4, you need to do it manually.

Already stopped. It’s boring
I use to disenchant all extra copies of common, rare and ultra rare troops. Hit the soul wall some time ago and now I have stopped. I think most of my rare and ultra rare are in the 300+ range
