Hello i started 3 days ago and now im level 40 just purchased all kingdoms. just lvling up them (dont have any 10).
I cannot give too much gold for now (can do small amounts) but i can do 1500 seal and 150+ thropy. So if anyone interested please let me know :)
Hi there. Have you checked Angry Sprockets recuritment?
Angry Sprockets are allied guild of Mean Machine guild (MM rank 25th). Only requirement in Sprockets is 1500 seals. Mean Machine will recruit members from Sprockets, and in Sprockets youll be able to grow with other active players, without having to donate big amounts of gold, which will help you focus on getting your kingdoms to level 10 
Youll aslo be able to get on a discord channel which is shared between Mean Machine and Angry Sprockets, where you can discuss about anything game related with experienced players, or just discuss anything you want.
