How many kingdoms can be now @ 4th blue star?

I was wandering is it already possible to bring any of kingdoms to 4th blue star level?

I don’t think so. - Right now 3 Blue stars is available only - 4th is still slashed out

None, as far as I know. The fourth and fifth blue stars still have “coming soon” over their icons on the mobile version.

Khetar, whitehelm, and maugrim woods off the top of my head I think. I’m trying to think of the kingdoms apart from khetar and whitehelm that I have at 8*. There’s quite a few maugrim woods troops, plus wulfgarok the mythic.
