I have a Guild level 2319 and i kicked alot of people that don’t play anymore. I was looking either have people join or to leave the current one for a new one. i am level 246.

There are a lot of guild recruiting, or you can post more about what you are looking for from players, and try to recruit them.

Have you tried global chat?
Do you have specific requirements such as level of player, number of trophies and seals per week. How much gold per week.
Try stating these in your recruiting post, also the rank of your guild.
