Error on global chat

I am trying to recruit and can’t because of this stupid error. I have to quit the whole game. The 5 times now. Freezes up. I am going to lose my recruit because of this. Please fix. :angry::angry::angry::angry:

6th time. All you have to do is log on game and hit chat. Bam game frozen.
