I also have the same problem.
Seconded. Also verified, just finished restarting everything. Android version still seems to work for now. Looks like they forgot to deploy that Steam update that was supposed to happen earlier this week, but set the switch to make it required going into guild wars. Tagging @sirrian @Nimhain @saltypatra

iOS appears to be working, as well.
Hopefully people on Steam also have other options.
