Boot idiot out of chat?

Is there a way of getting someone booted out of chat? There’s a real nasty one on at the moment :frowning:

You can contact our support team to report a player’s behavior in chat, make sure to take screenshots of chat with examples of their behavior.

Also sometime you can PM on of the dev team about it.

Thanks Nimhain, I’ll do that in future. Normally I’d just ignore some of the rubbish that gets posted there, but this was particularly nasty.

I sent screenshots when there was some nasty stuff going on in the PS4 chat a few weeks ago and the team took immediate action. A few chat bans really seemed to straighten things out, and those people have changed their behaviour now that the bans expired. They can still skate close to the edge once in a while, but they seem to know where the line is.
