This is arguable as well. That's not a definition of balance. Just the mere fact a troop is used a lot on defense doesn't mean it isn't balanced. Bone Dragon lacks balance because its spell hasn't been adjusted for the growing stats in the game. That's a legitimate reason to balance the card.
When a troop is actually out of balance, people can give legitimate explanations of that imbalance. They don't have to resort to various ways of just saying they see it too much or it annoys them.
