I don’t see why it would be different. Its ‘whichever rarities available’ plus ‘50% to drop guardian instead’.

My guild’s probably not going to make it to the top 40,000 level often, so I’m much more interested in the 10k and 20k drops, which may or may not be close to glory key size drop percentages (after removing Guardians). For example, does 20k give an improved chance of Mystics/Legendaries compared to 10k? Is it significant enough to hoard seals from week to week?
Your point in your video about getting the depressing Major traitstones in levels below 40k is quite valid though.
